Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates including a variety of dumplings and steamed meatballs. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.

Jiao Zi (potstickers) — flavorful ground pork wrapped in a wonton wrapper and seared until crisp on one side leaving the other side soft and delicious
Ngao Yuk (beef meatballs) — Chinese-style meatballs, steamed
Har Gow — chive, garlic, and shrimp steamed dumplings
Szechuan Eggplant — eggplant in a spiced garlic sauce
Singapore Mei Fun — chicken stir fry noodles
